Morning.
Got a rattle over bumps from the front at low speed whilst steering straight. No crunching whilst turning so ruling out CVs for now. Not the sway bar linkages either. No play in the wheels or struts so all good there. That leaves the axles. There's a couple of mm play in all directions. How much is unhealthy? Am I wrong to rule out CVs? Cheers. |

Rattle could also be heat shield for the turbo. Mine is doing this at the moment, and has a loose heat shield.

Thanks for the suggestion but I am almost entirely sure it's not a heat shield. I've been over them and over them and over them...... f***** things!
