So my car has nothing too illegal to it (tbe,tmic,turbo,height) but got stickered for a little bit of bubbling tint in the rear window and front coilovers with camber tops - apparently any adjustment without taking the tyre off is illegal?

So i've taken the tint off which had about 2 or 3 small bubbles in it and the residue from the tint has made it much worse than it was before! how can i get rid of this residue or is it worth it to just go for a retint of the rear window before yellow expires?

Also have hear good things about autopower in joondalup for passing pits so i was thinking of booking there! however i have heard that external vehicle inspection agencies cannot pass coilovers and that i have to go to a government inspection (whelshpool, myaree etc), not sure how much truth is in that but if anyone can help me out it would be great.
