Just gonna lower the jack bit by bit then with the support of the wheels (when put back on) jack it up a bit so i can get under the car and then tighten upto spec...Getting some sway bars fitted by Mao at the end of the week so ill get him to check them again

Been up on site for three weeks, i'm in the right state of mind - extra safety even to the point of making the job impossible to complete

When tightening, do you need to use a torque wrench or just do them up real tight by hand?

Tighten the mounts & bushings saddles up tight. Don't tighten the link bolts tight though, as these need to move around with the movement of the suspension. These nuts are Nylon lock nuts anyways, or they should be, to prevent them
coning lose. Also make sure you use plenty of grease on the bushing to aid slippage.

Whats the deal with alloy end links?? is it worth the extra $$?

I've currently got a snapped one and looking to replace it, its just the alloy ones are about x4 the amount of the stock plasticy ones..

Is it really worth it overall?

Have you fitted an uprated swaybar? if you have mannaged to snap a stock end link then why not upgrade to something better. I fitted a 24mm bar on the rear and with all the extra stiffness I'm glad I also fitted the H/D alloy end links and mounts. Give Mao a call I found his prices cheaper than Whiteline direct.
