If not i would just smash a 24mm in the rear and not worry about the front.

In terms of allignment i would go for -2 on the front, -1.5 on the rear and about 1mm of toe out on the rear.

Also what have you got the ride height set at? GC8's dont take kindly to being dumped if you want them to handle.

Cheers good info for the alignment mate

No track work at the moment but this car may see occasional usage there in the future.

Currently 335 front and 345 rear, centre hub to guard ride height, so 30mm lower on the front than stock and 10mm lower on the rear than stock. Was planning to drop the rear another 10mm next weekend to bring it in line with the front.

Optimum on a GC is apparently 320mm. I have run 340 f&r with good results but could not go lower due to spring type.
Sways are a massive improvement on a GC8, do not underestimate this modification. I run 27mm f&r Whiteline ajustable bars. Whats roll?

Try 0 toe f&r for a more stable starting point, play with rear toe on a skid pan before you hit anything high speed.

Would the best way to stop under steer not be with a LSD front diff? probably the more $$ option but would it not achive the best result?

Sorting out the loose nut behind the wheel is the most effective method for solving this problem. Removing the box, splitting it, installing an LSD, finding the correct shafts etc etc are huge labour costs compared to going to a DTEC and having someone next to you yelling at you.

Front LSD helps when exiting a corner under power, but makes turn-in more difficult when you don't know how to drive properly with it.
