I've search the forum for lowering kits info for MY12 but couldn't get proper answer....

Anyone know what the option on lowering kit for MY12, what brand and where to get?

You have a few options...

1. lowering springs
2. adjustable coilovers
3. custom setups (lowering springs and struts)

Some examples of the above...

I've had Whiteline lowering springs in a MY08 WRX and they did the job quite well, ride was pretty good and you could feel the odd large bump in the road.

Had a set of HSD HR coilovers (supplied from Joe) in my current WRX for a little over 18000km, ride height was nice and the coilovers handled quite well, especially on track days.
Did feel bumps in the road a lot more than the stock suspension (most likely due to the spring rates that I chose and the dampening setting I was using).
Coilovers have since been removed and I have a set of GTWorx Bilstein/RCE on the way which should be here in June.
Test drove this combination is another members car and it was a very good setup!
