If your old CAI will fit a GDB/GDA let me know, I'm not convinced with the above arguments, 99.9999999% of the cars I've owned have all ran better with colder air, opposed to sucking in hot engine bay air.

Stock box with high flow filter is fantastic but I still swear that you get better throttle response with CAI/POD filter.

Yes when driving fast your getting cold air over an engine bay pod but what if your stuck in traffic or driving around small roads? Just going to let that pod suck in hot engine bay air and tell me it makes no difference at all? Hmm... Not convinced.

Not quite as extreme as that, but yeah having watch some of their stuff does not inspsire confidence in their technical brilliance.
