ohhh thanks... umm are headers just exhaust manifolds?

and do i want equal length or unequal?? which is better? i still want the boxer rumble LOL if anything takes away the boxer rumble then twinscroll is a no no.

Equal length headers will remove most of the 'boxer' noise.

Do you necessarily want to go down the twinscroll path?

You could just bang on a VF34 and not have to worry about the headers, sump, pickup dump, etc etc etc and have pretty similar figures.

You will need a lot of supporting mods to do that. And I doubt most of the VF range will suit.

Try looking at other peoples graphs for a suitable turbo (TD06 perhaps?)

yeah that was the other option.... TD06 or TD05. might aswell go down that path since its such a hassle with the twinscrolls.

To get 320 i'd go the TD0620G .. Lag, but more power. You will probably need bigger injectors, and not long before a rebuild

When going high like that, you need to start strong, which would be a 207 bottom end, better pistons ..

I am at the limit of my motor at the moment pretty much - Yes John i know you are going more and more boost until bang, but i am happy with ~200awkw on the VF34. Good midrange, much better topend than the TD04 and a good daily driver.

If i choose to go further down the track, its gonna start with a 207 bottom end, bigger turbo, injectors, more boost.
