Default Any good Auto Electricians?

Hey guys, anyone know any good auto-elecs? My driver side window wasn't working first time i pushed the button as of late, it would either be about a 5-10second delay or it just needed me to hold the button down.
The other day there was a crunching noise which sounded like the motors last breath, and now the window wont go down. (Thankfully it died with the window fully up), anyone know any possible quick fixes or can they reccomend me an auto electrician to go to?

*ALSO*
Haven't used the aircon all winter, went to use it a couple days ago...and no cold air at all.
Is it worth getting checked for leaks? Or is it just because it's not been used in a couple months that its all gone stale, and i should just regas and thats it?
