Oil catch can isnt working properly. Oil blow by and intercooler build up is normal on the ej20. It's normal, BUT, in a higher state of tune it is adviseable to have a correctly working oil catch can that 'captures' the oil vapour which then gets 'emptied' at every service.

mine is quite severe, like, i have a pool of oil in there, and when i remove the hose bit that connects the IC to the thottle body, its dripping oil.
i forgot to mention that my turbo is screwed, oil seal is gone or something, would that be the cause? turbo blowing oil thru the intercooler or something? |

Thats definately the problem mate. Get your turbo overhauled or replaced and the prob will go away. A turbo will always let a very small amount of oil thru the seals.
