Default 08 Impreza Driver Window Wiring

Well I managed to release all the wires in the driver door window switch harness. I scoured the internet looking for a solution, even found a full service manual but I dunno if it is somehow different overseas for whatever reason despite having the same colours and amount of wiring, cause it still wont work. I'm suspecting I may have fried it somehow playing around with it.

This is my last attempt before I buy a replacement with cabling attached from a wrecker. Wondering if anyone either has the correct wiring or could possibly take a look a theirs, take a photo or whatnot.

Thanks!

Is there an easy way to get access to the switch assembly or is removal of the inner door trim required?

There's a little tab in the handle part that you need to carefully pop up that reveals a screw. Once that's out ,you take a flat head screwdriver and pry it up from the front of the switch plate. This can be a bit scary if you haven't done it before haha, makes a pretty scary noise. Just got to do it reasonably carefully, though it does take a little force.

This will show some pics on page 4, fig 3, 4

Heard a lot of the scary Subaru interior noises from removing trim, managed to get it apart without breaking anything.

Let me know if the attached photos don't help out much, e.g. can't see the colour/stripe colours and I'll try and get hold of a proper camera tomorrow.

FYI, my car is a 2010 MY11 WRX, I'm not too sure if there are any changes or differences in the wiring harness between the two vehicles.

Still willing to send a few dollars for helping out if you'd like?
