Will the bugeye wrx steering wheel fit on to a 99 gc8 wrx ?

Yes it will Tris.

You may need to swap the clock spring, though perhaps not as yours is a late GC.

No clock spring swap required. Did it to mine not so long ago Tristan.
4 spoke Wrx wheel, not the 3 spoke STI wheel yeah?

nope, munya has a good condition std wrx wheel that i will spaw out for my poor condition wheel.

Good job, makes a massive difference. The wheel in mine looks brand new and has made the interior a million times better!
