Default Shiny new tbe! ... sits too high at the rear

After much bollocksing about, I've finally got a shiny new Invidia exhaust system installed, but the tip is juuust in contact with the rear bumper. Since I'm getting a full respray with a new bumper soon, I've cut about 5mm into it to clear. This certainly will not do for the new item. I was thinking that getting a set of longer exhaust hangers (rubber or PU) would be the way to go.

Any other ideas or previous experience? I've found some extra long PU hangers by 'kartboy' and 'torque' in the USA on eBay, but it sure would be nice to get something locally. I guess it would be fingers crossed that the smallish Invidia flex join is up for the extra angle too..?

Would have to do the same to the other 3 mounts to even it out, but I'd prefer to keep it a little more precise than that. I don't want one of the rubbers failing because one metal mount is a little bit shorter than the others. Then again, perhaps +/- 5mm is safe enough. Then again, again, the 'bolt' hanger on the left hand side isn't really a bendable feature.

Could weld metal hanger/bar on top of the existing ones.
Might not look pretty, but might give you to drop that is needed.

I seen one the other day that came into work. Some one placed a piece of 3/8" fuel hose through the slot that is in the middle of the rubber hanger. It was sufficient to space down the tip from melting the bumper

Top suggestion for my purposes. Will see how this goes.

Thanks to all for the input.
