I'm interested but seems a bit overpriced? Any thoughts?

i recon its a fair price if it has all reciepts and done right
considering a bare ej207 is around 4k without anything last time i bought one
maybe offer him a little less but i think seems fair

Would of thought that theyw ould of cleaned the block properly while it was apart.

I've met the guy that built it. He's a mech engineer and all I know is that his "mate" initiated the build but canned it for unknown reasons. Problem is, the guy had already put some hours into assembling the motor.
The build was started back when he lived in Nth Perth some 3-4(?) years ago. It remained unfinished.
As far as i know this is his first experience with EJ motors... that's not to say he hasn't done a good job with attention given to tollerances and clearances.

I feel his add is still too vague even after I suggested he provide more info.
Ask LOTS of questions.

Hmm, if it has not been built by a shop with a good reputation and warrantee etc. I wouldn't touch it at that price :evil5:
