Vibration after sway/spring install
Hey Guys,
I was hoping for some advice, I have a 2010 STI hatch and finally had my swaybars, RC kit and springs fitted. Got her done yesterday and it's now vibrating like a mofo when I'm cruising at 60 plus in a straight line or on slight gradual long turns. Rims and tyres (while not great quality) are brand new and weren't doing it before. I expected some vibration but not this much. Gonna book it in for a wheel balance and another alignment this week but can anything else have caused it? Cheers, Ams |

Take it back to whoever installed the new bits.

loose bolts there....often they forget top tighen the bolts that mount the hubs onto the struts...can lead to major damage....take it back to where you had it done asap...have them hoist it up and go over every single bolt on the struts.
they fkd that up once for me on an old car and had the same issues, some apprentice was tightening the bolts and had arms of a 5 yr old...lucky I had it checked quickly and there was no damage.

Thanks mate. I'll take her back first thing Monday and get the guys to check it out. Hopefully no damage has been done.
