Default Engine bay rattle/squeaking after forge BOV install?

I recently removed the aps dual vent BOV from my my04 sti, and replaced it with a fully recirculating forge BOV (plumb back). The aps BOV was pretty much completely plumbed back.

I'm now noticing some rattling/squeaking noises during start up, slow driving, and sometimes turning. It happened a little before but now it's gotten A LOT worse. Any idea what it could be? Has anyone else had this issues? I removed intercooler to get to the BOV when changing it if that makes a difference.

Made sure all bolts/nuts were tighten correctly and in the correct spots?

Or could be the bov could be rubbing against something if its a different (larger) in size?
