Default air bag light keeps flickering-power issue?

Hi guys,

lately whenever i do certain things on car the airbag light flickers on and off. ie i go into reverse or im using cruise control and adjusting speed with it.

both of the above scenarios are power related ones. ie reverse puts the reverse lights on and cruise control is controlled by a computer.

however its strange how it will randomly flicker for 3-4 times very quickly and then go off. it then flickers again like 5 or 6 kms down the road.

i have obd systems so i have tested the airbag control and it is coming up as ok.

i have attached a video to see if anyone else has had the problem (sorry about the radio in the background :P)

2002 wrx done roughly 167000km's

cheers guys

Josh

I checked fuses and airbag module, airbag module came up as ok

One fuse had a 20amp when supposed to be 15amp but I doubt that would be an issue

If anyone has any more ideas please let me know!
