axle tramp when launching which feeds back throught the wheel.
Any solution for this?

Kato 21-06-2006 01:05 PM

Jaron,

Mine did the same when launching at the MC day. If there is any alternative other than DCCD (which I don't have) it would be good to know.

Would things like anti-lift kits help?

Could it possibly be the AWD altering the torque split between wheels due to the loss of traction??

Yes there is - they are called pineapples (yes silly name) - get some and install on the back. Will reduce axel tramp greatly.
how can your suspension cause shaking while launching?
when u lose and get traction constantly, on your front wheels. different for wrx because of DCCD

wai 21-06-2006 07:35 PM

jaron, it may also be caused by the dump-pipe hitting the universal.
