Default Rev Counter not working - GC8

Hi all

So I just got done removing the crappie green layers off my cluster tonight and installing some nice LEDs, then after jumping into the car and taking her for a spin, the Rev counter no longer moves!

Now obviously this is something that I'm worried shout, as I'm hoping I haven't caused any damage to it which would need to result in replacing the cluster. Is there anything I can do to fix it?

I drive a My99 GC8 WRX BTW

Thanks... Buy it's definitely plugged in correctly, I've pulled it out several times so I've gotten the hang of plugging it in
