Yeah,I've considered a surge tank. I'd like to do a bit of track time in it eventually, so it'd be good to get this sorted. Will have a chat to Maximum Motorsport soon and get stuck in. Thanks for the help guys

could be as simple as incorrect fuel sock used for the install of the walbro pump, alot of the fakers come with socks that sit on the wrong angle & will cause the issue you described

yeah some of the fitting kits come with a skinny rectangular shaped sock, others have a square sock that is angled better to sit on the bottom of the tank, this is the one you wont have surge problems with
