Default Exhaust leak

Alright guys I have a mad exhaust leak coming from some were going to diagnose ASAP . But my quistion is would it be better to go equal . Unequal . Or oem headers and a catless up pipe or stock up pipe

. I'm not worried about the change in sound wise or performance aspects just want to get rid of that horrible sound ! Cheers in advance

For ease, cost and lack of problems later on down the track (I.E. cracking) I'd go OEM and catless up pipe.

Get the car down to MMS for a squizzle if there is a leak.

Personally would keep unequal headers if upgrading purely from a sound perspective. Would never want to lose the rumble. Equal torque gains are minimal anyway.

Would recommend a re-tune if going anything other than OEM

Edited above.

OEM is unequal. My suggestion is keep unequal for Subaru rumble goodness.

Only MY01 and MY02 had the cat in the up pipe so yours is already catless.
