Default issue with alternator belt/alternator

Hi guys

i have gone through 3 different belts thinking that they are the things causing the issue. The car runs fine, but you can here the squeaking in the video attached. its a mild squeal that gets better with rev's

The alternator if its not being used by the belt doesnt make the noise, hence why i am not too sure, has anyone else had any issues with this noise before?

its a 2002 GDA WRX and mostly stock it could also be absolutely normal too!

Sounds like metal on metal contact - perhaps a bearing on one of those upper pulley's?

It could be anything. As a starting point, 1, 2 and 4 are worth looking at. There are the belt tensioners also.

You could do a process of elimination by removing belts and seeing when the sound goes away, but I'm not 100% whether that could damage anything.
