Pardon my ignorance, but what do you mean when you say "265's or 272's"

Are these numbers referring to cams? What do they mean exactly?

Overheated. Previous owner neglected it and probably didn't service it for ages either - the oil was really black and smelled like burnt oil while I drove it. yeah luckily i did.

Everything else is in very good nick. The body is very straight. I will post pics when i get it back.
