Ive emailed American Sunroof Corporation but its been days without a reply.

I have removed batt both terminals multiple times nothing resets is

Controller lights are on but do not respond..no noise from motor nothing

The deets are as follows:

"Hi, my sunroof was in the middle of going to vent mode when I pressed open it changed it cycle but after a second just stopped. Initially the ASC button turned red, but after pressing this is now green but no buttons seem to activate the sunroof at all. The buttons have power as the lights are all green. I have removed the battery power to the car for several minutes in hope it will reset but no luck. Can you help with this issue at all? No noise is heard when buttons pressed. It is almost as it has not got any power but it does.?"

Any help would be much appreciated...honestly!

motor brushes might need replacing.
You can attempt to dismantle it and have a go like I did and fix it for $2
