Interesting chart. A turbo that has become popular on the 257's now is a TD05-20G. Not sure how it would no on a 207.
trolley: Do you have stock headers or aftermarket? is that turbo 8cm housing.
Could you post dyno graph if you don't mind.

If i was going for punchy street turbo with quick spool time, my pick was td05-18G XT journal bearing. It has smaller exhaust turbine wheel compared to 18G XTR.

I think your right if chasing 350whp a dom/e85 is needed.
Mate I run a TD05H 18G That I recently took to Grant at Per4manz for a 6/6 hi flowed billet wheel. I run V2 sti Ra heads and cams and the Ra stock headers That are port matched and use the larger cast cross over pipe .

I dont know what other mods your car has but if its a stock 205 with the same heads Turbo is not the only thing you need to address for your power goal. My turbo is punchy on my car coming on full boost at 3300 rpm . If your aiming for low 300 ATW id be looking at a VF34 with P20 exhaust housing and E85 . For a punchy street turbo .
