Default Turbo options 2L wrx

Looking at upgrading my turbo. Has anyone had experience with or running blouch turbo's

I'm currently running vf34 with 215kw atw. chasing 300-350whp and full boost 3500-4000rpm. I'll target 350whp.

options are:

Blouch 18G XT
Blouch 20G XT-R 7cm housing
Blouch Dom 1.5 XT-R 7cm housing

Any thoughts on how much lag 20G XT-R and Dom 1.5 has

Running the dominator 1.5xtr 8cm on a 02 STI with supporting mods.

On e85 I'm at peak power at 4.5k and making 250kw/330hp @ hubs.

7cm will be more responsive and best suited to a 2L on 98 pump.

Nice one brett. E85 makes big difference. I'll be running BP98

I do like the Blouch 20G XT-R same turbine wheel as dom1.5 but smaller compressor wheel.

Just last week I put the 20G XTR on my '08.
312hp / 430nm (ASG)

If you're chasing upwards of 350 then you might need to go a Dom and/or e85. Don't waste your time with a journal bearing turbo.

trolley: Do you have stock headers or aftermarket? is that turbo 8cm housing.
Could you post dyno graph if you don't mind.

If i was going for punchy street turbo with quick spool time, my pick was td05-18G XT journal bearing. It has smaller exhaust turbine wheel compared to 18G XTR.

I think your right if chasing 350whp a dom/e85 is needed.

Sorry mate, would have happily copied it over here. Only just saw jumped on the forum again. If you didn't read it in my driveway thread, 8cm rear housing and aftermarket headers.
