Auto electrician required - EVO VII MR
Hi Guys,
Just posting this on behalf of my mate who is having issues with his Evo VIII MR. He is having issues with the AYC lights all staying on together. This used to be intermittent but now is basically permanent. The steering sensor was replaced but problem still remains. Also plenty of fluid in the AYC unit. Error code 31, ST1 (steering sensor). Does anyone know what the underlying issue might be or recommend any reputable auto electricians? Any help would be appreciated. Cheers Josh |

Might need to reset the computor.. I'm sure I heard around the traps that the ecu needs to be reset or recalibrated with a new steering sensor so it knows where center is. There's probably a whole procedure to resetting it.

Cheers Bram. Do you have a workshop or do you just do mobile stuff??
Also someone suggested Racing Performance Works in Perth. Anyone had experience with them? |

I suggest he takes it to somewhere like Race Torque or Allstar...

TMS might be another option.
