Default Underhood Squeaking Pulley/Timing !?

Hey yall I don't post up much here anymore just wondering If anyone knows what this could be, before I get professional to inspect the car.

So basically in the first 10 mins Of driving I hear this squeaking noise almost like pulley or pulley related noise but seems to vanish after 10mins of driving. This isn't the first time I have noticed this either.

Car hasn't even ticked over to 60,000kms but it is an 09 so doubt its the timing belt but maybe waterpump? Worn crank pulley? haven't clue in all honesty.

(Can't be wheel bearings either does it at while stationary)
(Not clutch either)
(No Codes logged)

Noise at start-up. I owe this tip to West Racing-
On starting the car, jump out and spray the fan / alternator / aircon belts with water, you do not need much, just aim at the belts/pulleys. If the noise goes then it was from the belts, they need a few minutes to warm up.
It may not be worn belts, it may be imperfections or rust or damage on the pulley wheels.
A quick solution is to lube the belts, the stick lubricant that is made for zippers works ok.
If the noise is still there in warmer weather then the belts or wheels may need replacing.
