Default Vf 43 crack in exhaust housing, issues?

So I picked up a vf43 for cheap mainly being due to having a crack in the exhaust housing as pictured

Upon researching It seems as if this issue is extremely common and im just wondering if a crack that small will cause boost control issues and can it be welded or just get a new or used good condition housing.

It will be going on a 2006 wrx fairly stock atm besides ARP2000 headstuds and 3port, dw65c.

But have a dump pipe and silicone inlet ready to go in for a retune soon.

Decided to get this turbo as the td04 is shite

Any feedback is appreciated
