Hi,

I have a 99 Wrx with the no fuel pump problem.(no power to fuel pump) I have scoured the threads the last couple of days to help try and work out weather the 99 has a fuel pump controller, and where it is located. I've pulled the boot and backseat to pieces to no avail.
I also have the brant blocker installed. Last time this happened, (me breaking down) it was the brant. So it shouldn't be that. I also swapped the relays under the dash over to no avail.

No controller on the gc8's, pull the plug and see if your getting 12v to the pump with a multimeter

also inspect for melty/burnt plugs at the tank and harness connecter leading upto it.

Doing it for all the wagons out there

if the connectors are OK at the pump but with no power methodically trace the wiring back, with multi meter and or circuit test light.
