Well that's convenient, they were just down the road from my last workplace - maybe they are following me

Its a big move from their current location. Any guess why the move? I was on the belief the Kewdale workshop was purpose built for them too?

Rents, especially in the commercial sector have been coming down steadily over the last few years, granted this is inline with sales across a lot of sectors especially those in the business of what could be deemed non-necessity.

Possibly a combination of both?

They were leasing the Kewdale space even though it was purpose built for them.....is owned by O'Dowd Transport.
Opportunity to purchase came up in Wangara at a good price (competitive to current rent) so they bit the bullet....also closer for Rob & Dean.
4WD dyno will go with them.
Jezza and Captain Buff like this.
