For the rear diff I use an old classic: Castrol LSX 85W/140 Gear Oil. Its an LSD suitable mineral oil that is dirt cheap, was around $25 for 4 litres so you can afford to change it regularly.

Jolimont Diff and Transmission Specialists put me onto it when I had my Kaaz LSD fitted.

Update:

6 years on & no regrets with purchasing an Ivan Albins gear set. I had the box apart for a non Albins related issue. Whilst apart I chose to have the (1-5 synchro) gears crack tested by Ivan Albins in Melbourne with no problems identified. Its done something like 500 launches with 250kw atw and a stump pulling 530Nm of torque since the gearbox was hand crafted by Tony Flood.

Now sporting 4.44 finals and a front Torsen LSD "Max" holds the title of the fastest car over 20m in the Canberra SDMA Car Club and a respectable 1.6.766 around Wakefield Park.
With a Kaaz 1.5 plated rear lsd he launches very nicely:

Shows there is life outside WA...

It might be cold and miserable 9 months of the year in Canberra but we have Summernats. This can't be explained, only experienced!
I live near the venue and from the 3rd of Jan for a week it's like Bindoon only with cars.

Wakefield park is 1hr, Winton 4&1/2, Sydney drags and Eastern Creek about 3 hrs plus our local hill climb. Throw in the highest average income in Aus, cheap flights to practically everywhere and it's liveable.

I won't mention daylight savings :8-) Chow Morgan

So its a bit like Collie then We have the GAZZAnats which only last for 2 days, and I agree about the Summernats, went last year, but I din't have enough knuckle dragger in me to go again.

We only have 1 politician.

(Wish we had daylight savings)
