Default 1997 gc8 turns over but wont start! Need help

Hi guys, have searched most of the forum and haven't found anything close to the troubles I am having.

Problem started after changing spark plugs.
Original problem started when I changed spark plugs, would start and run at idle but as soon as it dropped below 1krpm it would slowly die the stall, changed to another set of plugs and brand new leads and same problem.

When checking I found a bunch of old and broken vacuum lines under the manifold, so pulled the manifold and ran all new fuel lines and vac and boost lines and had injectors cleaned and checked.

Put it all back together and nothing! Turns over but wont start.
Has fuel (and checked pulse at injector plug, new filter)
Has spark (replaced igniter and triple chacked spark)
All plugs on manifold and being cleaned and checked
Has no cel codes
Replaced battrey
Doesn't have immobilizer

Looking for ideas of what else to check or try.

Cheers

Thought that, but no codes. Only other thought I have had is it may have jump a tooth on timing.

Checked the main engine fuse at the front of the fuse box that sits under the bonnet? it's the one that has screws or small bolts holding it in place from memory, I've had a couple go on me over the years.
