Default Car won't start - Brandt issues

Hello all,

My Brandt immobiliser has been playing up. When I use the key fob to arm or disarm the alarm, the internal alarm goes off and won't turn off until I place the key near the ignition.

I have now linked out the relays as per the web site videos about bypassing. The car won't start and I can't off the factory immobiliser by pressing the key fob as the alarm keeps going off.

Any ideas? Is the Brandt immobiliser the only issue? I wish to remove this completely but doesn't appear to be doing the trick.

Any advise much appreciated

Update, I have ordered and new module and it's only $193, which to me is worth paying and I get to choose a code that's suits me.

I purchased direct from Brandt and they sell subaru service parts for this system.

I think the battery was on it's way out and will cost me more from subaru to get the master code. So I purchased a new one with a new master code.

Hmmm...you don't actually need the master code to re-activate it....there is a thread on this forum that describes the re-set procedure....

Thanks mate. I didn't come across it. I have bypassed the system until the new module comes - the company gave me the kill pin locations.

Now my system has been bypassed and the cars starts, is there info on how to address the alarm constantly going off when I use my key fob? I am assuming perhaps it needs to be re programmed to my car?

Take it out and replace it with Auto watch system the best thing I did with my 2005 see Grants in Morley.
