I have finish all my mods except the ecu. tell me what you think.
the mod i have done to the car is
Hyperflow Front Mount Intercooler 660 x 230 x 90mm Custom S/S Intercooler piping IHI VF23 Turbo Walbro 550hp Fuel Pump Blitz Blow off valve APS Cold Air intake Guard mounted install / K&N Airfilter 3' exhaust from the turbo. 4.444 ratio gearbox and diff. So what do you people think i should do for a ecu.. I know autronic/motec are one of the best but do we have the right tuners here in perth..if you had a autronic/motec let me know how you went fitting it to your car..Good/bad and price range it cost you to get it installed and tuned. but the other hand i heard for value for money is the ecutek what do you think?? Unichip would be a waste of time with the mods i have.. Any input would be great thanks.. |
What model car you got?
2000 model wrx..
A 2nd hand Autronic PnP would be the best option IMO.
What have got in your WRX what ecu.. AUTRONIC.. who tuned it for you and how much?
2nd hand autronic is around 1600-1800
tuning can be from 600-800 |
Autronics will set you back roughly 3k drive away, and is very much worth it
BUT dont go to Hyperdrive, they will fuck you around something chronic!!! The only tuners of Autronics i would go to in Perth are Speedworks (although never dealt with them) and MMS (likewise) but from what i know and have heard they are the two to go to but i will shortly be disproven |
only person i know with ecutek in their gc8 got it tuned by brett middleton when he was over.
take it to brett and get a unichip installed. it's fine for your awesome level of mods
Autronics or the new link even. For tuning I would go to RT.
