Chasing Springs

I have an 05 wagon riding on 19"x8" 235/35's...I'm after some lowered springs and I have nooo idea where to go or what to get. I have my guards rolled and dont have the cash for coilovers. I use my car for work and can carry up to 400kgs in the back...thank you in advance.

W.A. Suspensions. Always been very good and reasonable prices.

^^^ Gota agree with what he said though, you lower it too much and it wont take that sort of weight.

I assume the previous posts mean STi LOWERED springs...not STi standard springs (cos they might actually raise it a tad)....

I have a Wagon and like you I regularly carry heavy loads in the back. I only lowered the front on whitelines but the back was left standard. If you lower the back, it will more than likely scrub and possibly bottom out with 400kg in the back.

Even though I only lowered the front it still looks good and doesnt make it look like the car sits uneven.

At the moment with two medium sized people in the back seat and an empty boot it rubs going around corners. With 3 people in the back I can't take corners at all.
I think I either need to replace them with some much stiffer springs or slightly lowered 'hard' springs. The STI springs will lower the back the right amount but I think under load I will get too much scrapping.

Super Cheap do King Springs, both lows (30mm) and superlows (approx 50mm)

I've just spoken to WA Suspensions, Wheels World & Wilkinson Suspensions. The general consensus is the wheels probably have the wrong offset and no matter what springs I choose I'll still have problems, although Wilkinson & Wheels World are keen to look at the car to get a better idea.
I have the feeling I'm up a sh*t creek...
