Default Some advice needed on exhaust manifolds

Hi everyone,

I have a set of X-Force equal length extractors on my car at the moment. They make great power, great noise, and they are in great condition.

The only problem is, I cant run an external gate with them, because they are one piece. My mechanic is a bit reluctant to hang a wastegate off a one-piece aftermarket manifold, because it'll more than likely crack over time.

My current thinking is:

Remove X-Force headers, sell them.

Fit stock manifold, ported and ceramic coated inside and out, with an aftermarket cross-pipe, and an aftermarket up-pipe modified to fit external wastegate.

My question is, has anyone here done that with good result?

Where can I get an aftermarket cross-pipe from? (Tode, do you know the answer to this?)

Cheers for ya help everyone
