Can it make your diff/transmission bearings run quieter?

Yes...

Redline lightweight shockproof oil makes the transmission as smooth as silk, but you'll need to change it very regularly if you dont want it gunking up your tranny...i.e. change it every 10k km

not a big fan off redline..... as i said i heard from people that because redline fluids are so perfect.. like there mixtures are so damn awesome! that if there is a batch that has the wrong ammounts then you farked and it goes to the gum density and ya cant get the carnt outta there... it has happened to mates!

but if ya get a good batch you are the happiest camper!

i run motul comp-r now

How much do you normally pay for motul comp-r and where do you get it from?

I dont think it will gum up if you change it on a regular basis as joe said.

I put lightweight shockproof in my my00 made it alot better not as notchy and slots in smoothly also alot easier selecting 1st and reverse :)

Yep, its seriously not a problem if you change it regularly.

But, at 150 odd dollars a pop, who wants to change it all the time???

mr_psi 09-11-2006 01:31 PM
