TMIC For GC8 fitment?

Hi Guys,

Im chasing a TMIC for a GC8, I came across this on ebay will it fit? it states 02-06 tho, cost to get it here would be around the $600 mark

it comes with HKS BOV + adaptor + Y-pipe

otherwise has anyone bought a TMIC cooler for GC8 that they can recommend with price, didnt want to spend a fortune.just that the stock one has a few too many bent fins

These are a MRT/HYPERFLOW copy and bolt straight on to a MY99. You are dealing with an Aussie distributor as well. The only thing that you will have to do is trim around the intercooler shroud as you would with the genuine MRT item anyway.

Cheap.

You can pick up a new sti tmic for the classic shape for less than 600.

Not that exact intercooler, but from all reports they are are spot on copy (dimensions/welding spots/capacity) to the Hyperflow Intercooler myself and Wilmo run on our 99 WRX's. You won't be dis-appointed. :) :)

i sell them(the same cooler pictures),mine along with that cooler on ebay will no go on your gc8. Its about 2 inches too wide and fouls on your clutch master cyl

i know some people (giddy springs to mind) have put these on with a simple 'trimming' of the master cyl, but i don't know the specifics of it. perhaps someone can elaborate?
