07 wrx turbo swap
Hi guys, got a 07 as some of you know. I'm want to put a aftermarket turbo on it, got a vf34 but i think i want more power than they can haddle. With all mods done and tuned i wanting 320-350hp atw. I know this can't be done with the 34, what turbo can make this power and roughly at what cost. Green???? hks???? Please help Thanks ppl.

ur 07 will blow up with that sort of power, they run a higher ratio than the older wrxs to give them more response. The green likes big boost 1.5 bar or so. that will give u the power that u want.

I thought the reason they "had more response" was the extra 500cc?
and I'd have thought a VF34 was fine, seeing as the STi runs a similar sized turbo (VF43)

if you want more power, why not put a p20 exhaust housing on your vf34? They regularly get put up for sale on rexnet.
Since you already have the vf34, this would be the cheapest and most effective power upgrade for you.

I'm making 280hp atw with a VF34 and basic supporting mods, so there is no reason why it can't get to the figures you're after.
