I havn't said he needed any of those things? All I've said is that turbo timers are a waste of money which seems to of upset you enough to dig up this thread from 2 years ago...

You don't need a turbo timer, gc8 turbos are water cooled not oil cooled. Just don't be thrashing your car and turning it off instantly..

You already have a cannon muffler, so that's going to be louder than an oval muffler. My guess is to remove the centre resonator, that should free up some noise.
