Don't exactly what you mean, but I guess the quality that you record is the result.
Alternatively you could edit it with some video software, I suppose.
I have not much experience in editing, usually it comes out good because it was a fluke, mostly guessing.
Anyway let me know if you have any further problems, mate.

Btw What kind of Brake pads are you wearing, at the moment I run Bendix Ultimate, but find them a bit dusty.
