Don't exactly what you mean, but I guess the quality that you record is the result.
Alternatively you could edit it with some video software, I suppose.
I have not much experience in editing, usually it comes out good because it was a fluke, mostly guessing.
Anyway let me know if you have any further problems, mate.

Double LEDs means they are the 3watt ones. The 10w ones have far less LEDs but are insane at night. For racing I would try a few cheap 10w eBay light bars. Maybe a few 10" ones. Cheap as chips but...
