    easy fix, new gaskets after cleaning the surfaces, torque down and off you go..... provided that your vacuum leak isn't from something easy to fix like a hose

    I've read what you have written about the fault and I'm fairly confident it's the catalytic converter in the up-pipe that has failed. The turbo needs to be removed to change the pipe, so it's best to inspect it then. There's a chance the turbo has survived, no big deal if it hasn't. I have new up-pipe, TD04 and the restrictor all in stock.

    Yes, I have those restrictors that go in the wastegate line. I've heard the noise a broken Cat makes, and it's often mistaken for a rooted turbo.
