SyncSubaru 29-04-2012 05:37 PM

Hi mate Im interested as said above if they can detect the current Poliscan radars.

Joshiemitsu 29-04-2012 06:53 PM

Have a read of the link in OP to confirm,
I believe they pick up everything.
However rear facing cameras will only be picked up when you draw level with them.
No detector on the market that I am aware of can detect a rear facing setup until you are past it.

It states on RDA that the v1 unit is the best windshield mounted unit to pick up lasers that they have tested, so I'm not garunteeing anything but sounds like its alright.

So from that reading the thread, I gather te V1 with latest software is the best of the detector bunch for poliscan, but by no means will detect all of them. & the only way to do so is to buy a specific laser jammer(which I'm lead to believe are frowned upon)

If you can, count me in.

Hoot 29-04-2012 09:31 PM
