I saw an interview with Michael Bay who said that there will be more characters introduced in the 2nd and 3rd installments. Would be cool if the constructicons are in it, although two of them died in the first (Bonecrusher and Devastator who was the giant robot that the constructicons united to create in the cartoons).

Would be cool if they brought in Grimlock!

Yeh i just read that dreamworks greenlighted 2 and 3.

Soundwave will be the next major character and the dinobots and contructobots will be in it. Also they are thinking on making a aircraft carrier transformer for the sequel.. it was to expensive for the first

Awesome movie. Only issue I had was the product placement. It was everywhere and not all that subtle. All cars were GM. Nokia would have had to have paid big bucks aswell. Ebay probably had to chip something in for the plug aswell.
