OT: Photographer in Perth

The new forum setup is pretty slick :D Nicely done all.

I'm getting married in Feb next year. We're not doing anything really lavish (don't see the point at all in wasting $20k paying for other people to stand around getting pissed) but we'll still be doing something nice in the swan valley, looks like it'll be at Sandalford winery.

The winery can provide most of what we need, but I will need to find a good photographer. Can anybody here recommend one in the perth area that works on fair rates? (note, I said fair, not cheap, I understand there's a difference ;) )

We'd need them for about 2 hours on the day. There'll be some nice cars there to take some snapshots of too (mates convertible Silvia, another mates angry-ass S15 {200SXY if anybody knows it}, a few angry S13's, either my SR20VE pulsar or our WRX), a turbo'd SSS, etc... so if they've got some experience or would like to experiment shooting some cars that'll be funky too.

Cheers all, appreciate any contacts you can throw at me.

Firstly, congratulations!

Yes indeed...

I got married 3 months back in the Valley and used Linda Norris for our photos. Fantastic work and competitively priced.

I've worked with her photos before on a few publications and always found her work to be excellent.

I can second linda norris, ex girlfriend of mine, actually...
anyways she is an awarded photographer or some stuff,

Otherwise got a mate who is into taking action shots and stuff of cars on his digi cam.

might do you a favoour for a carton.

But if you want the professional thing with proofs and albums and stuff see linda.
