Jump onto Wanneroo Rd, head north and that will take you straight there. On any giver weekend there is an abundance of off roaders in cars and on bikes up there so just be mindful when your 4WD'in around.

in all seriousness alkimos?
Alkimos (Quinns Rocks) is just as good however its a little harder to get too and there is a greater risk of the ranger coming after you if your wander where your not permitted. Good for a loooksee at whats left of the shipwreak too.

i wouldnt do the wedge track rather coarse limestone track and youll need decent all terrains. plus its not much of a scenic tour...unless you get caught in the bombing range that is...
harvey, collie, mundaring, toodjay, pemberton, kalbarri have awesome offroad tracks if you wanna go on an adventure but if you wanna stick around a sort of 200km radius head to an ARB/Opposite Lock shop etc they sell maps with all the offroad tracks with directions/guides/points of interest. make good for planning.
