The photo looks fake to me, if you look at the kids arms they dont appear to be leaning on the animal, there is no hair across his arms.

Whats a bet that in the near future that it comes out as a fake photo

Has anyone seen that calendar with topless chicks posing with freshly shot animals? it's called boars and whores or something. I saw it when I came to Australia to work on the mines. There are red necks over here that are pretty bad too.

but yeah, chasing it through the bust for 3 hours is pretty cruel. It would be like a person getting killed with a stapler.

and hunters dont injure animals on purpose, it makes them angry and harder to kill.

i like the assumption that this kid went out there to deliberatly antagonise animals very much larger than himself.

he may have, but most of the hunters i know are very professional about it. cause its hard to carry a wounded mate 3 hours back through teh bush....

I made the assumption that he was not skilled enough to kill the animal with one shot. I think I was right. He panicked and unloaded the pistol randomly into the animal. He didnt make the kill shot until the animal bled out and ran out of stamina.

Any sized pistol won't be big enough to knock down that thing in a humane way. 0.5 cal is fuck all... no knock down OR accuracy (important when shooting things) past 60m. He should be using a high velocity rifle...7mm AT LEAST for a pig with a hide as thick as that.
