Hmmm

I'm considering giving this a go.

For the record, does it need to be full cream? Or is say Pura Light Start allowed?

Knowing my luck, I'd give this a shot, then find out I am lactose intollerant

Had many mates try this. They all failed but was funny as hell to watch. One kid tried it back in school days at lunchtime. He had to go home for the rest of the day because he could not stop chucking up.

I love milk. I am with Kato. Are you allowed to drink water in between? I am thinking the 1.6 km in an hour. Getting the fluid down is not the issue. It is what else you drink/eat to keep it down that will determine how you go.

If you try the 2ltrs in 2 min, getting the fluid down is hard. 1st litre goes down pretty easyy but the second is the killer

What about brownes mocha (from the number 4 vat- so its stronger and nicer!)? I can easily down 600ml with one breath in between! shall give it a shot next time i goto shops and grab a couple extra!

With the amount of crap i eat and drink im sure my stomach will like a healthier alternative to sugar
