phoon gauges are notorious for getting stuck halfway all the time.. and they have no number increments

Ive got an FPV Pod with Cobalts if your mates still chasing them.. Electrical Oil pressure gauge and Mechanical boost gauge fitted into the FPV pod with all senders(still in my ute now)..

Autometer gained a rep a few years ago of being inaccurate, as tested by a few publications (Fast Fours I think, Autospeed, and another I can't recall)....therefore, I've never owned one and never will as I'd rather not take the risk.

Not to mention they are overpriced. Defi's are cheaper than Cobalts!!!

Fuck thats orright!! I wouldn't be complaining for those dollars either mate.

I'm sure the cobalts are okay... because they are a newer design, which were developed to compete with the Jappers. I'm sure they carry similar quality, but fuck, you pay for it!!

Some of the other Autometer stuff, especially the mechanical gauges that a lot of people like to use on hot rods and muscle cars, are the ones regarded as being inaccurate.
